guided physical therapy targeted on stabilizing and strengthening areas of pain, tension, and/or unsustainable motor patterning. Provided with a little gremlin energy to keep things fun and engaging :) Personalized movement programming/personal training plan included!

Health Coaching
4 weeks | $300
Basically having Dr. Knuckles as your health accountability bestie for a month! I'll:
- gather information on your health- & habit-related goals and your typical routines
- analyze your actionable determinants of health via the Health Web Index
- work with you to make a structured, practical plan for how to sustainably achieve your health goals, and
- help hold you to that plan!

Hands-off Offerings
Personalized Resources $40/instance
Personal Training Plan
warm-ups, strength training, and a finisher and/or force creation movement based on your individual goals (performance, function, physique). Comes with movement cues and video links to the movements to help guide your form. Also contains a weekly tracker for you to log your progress!
Health Web Report
summary and analysis of your results to the Health Web Index, which assesses sleep hygiene, stress resilience, nutrition, community engagement, creative expression, and movement. Comes with a goal ranking activity sheet (with suggested goals based on your results) and a reflecting/structuring goals activity sheet!
Meal Plan & Grocery Schedule
customized weekly meal plan based on your responses to a nutritional index regarding things like food aversions, current staple foods, and enjoyable cuisine types. Includes recipe ideas/links, recommended grocery trip days, & notes of which meals to shop for on those trips!
